I understand that engaging in the sport & affiliated activities carry an inherent risk of bodily injury, including, in extreme cases, loss of life and grievous injury which could be due to my own negligence, lack of skill, by my or other participating athletes’ actions or inactions, equipment failure, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the error in judgment of the partners, and other causes.  

I hereby agree to release and discharge AdventurePlay and its partners, and both their representatives, partners, instructors and other related personnel (“Releasees”) from  all liability, claims, demands, losses, injuries, damage to property or other damages caused or alleged to be caused on my account in whole or in part, for any reason,including but not limited to bonafide errors of the Releases or otherwise, including error in judgment in rescue operations, in connection with availing any services by AdventurePlay and/or their partners. I understand that AdventurePlay is a discovery & booking platform only and is not liable for any injury or death caused by activities engaged in with its partners.

 

I further agree that:  

- I am in good health and meet pre-requisites for the course.

- I am responsible for wearing all the safety equipment provided to me.

- Photos/ videos/ footage taken may be used for promotional purposes

- I will solely be responsible for any damages caused to the sporting equipment used by me and the cost of the same will be borne by me. The cost will be paid to the sport school as per the appropriate compensation quoted by them.

In case of emergency, I give my full permission to AdventurePlay, its representatives, its partners, instructors and other related personnel to act on my behalf as per their best judgement. I will not hold AdventurePlay or its partners, instructors and other related personnel responsible for any ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising from or during the emergency support provided. I also agree to bear the cost of the emergency support given to me by them.
