General Manager

Full-time, Permanent

Start - 1st July 2023

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Review previous season feedback

  • Renew deals with existing partners, hotels

  • Finalise pricing & dates 

  • Launch programs

  • Overlook marketing

  • Have vision board for next progs

  • Create new deals with new partners

  • Overlook operations 

  • Overlook finance

Eligibility

 

  • Minimum work experience of 3 years in a field related to Travel/ Business Management/ Marketing

  • General know-how & experience of business management including Relationship Management, Marketing, Accounting, Legal among others. 

  • Prior experience in all of the following adventure sport is mandatory
    (Sports include- surf/ski/scuba dive/solo paraglide/sail/kitesurf)

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Fluency in Hindi & English
