Tripti Shukla is a fashion designer based in Mumbai. Tripti and her friends are regular skiers at Gulmarg every year. Apart from the skiing, Tripti loves sipping on a hot cup of kahwa in the ski breaks and evening bonfires on the snowy slopes.

AP: When did you first learn about skiing? What got you interested in the sport?
Tripti: Snow!!!
AP: How did you start off? Your first experience.
Tripti: It was amazing. Initially it was very difficult for me to even stand with ski, as I have never ever played any body balancing sports like skating etc. But once I got used to the feeling of skiing I didn't felt like taking off the skis.
AP: Who do you usually go skiing with?
Tripti: Group of friends
AP: What changed in your life after you got into it?
Tripti: My perception of adventure sports
AP: What are some of your favourite moments while playing the sport?
Tripti: There are many. Swiftly sloping down from phase 1

AP: Any good stories to share?
Tripti: We rode snowmobile to the Phase 1 slopes on a full moon night and did dinner on the hill top with bonfire. The whole snow was glittering white in moon light.
AP: Till when do you see yourself play the sport?
Tripti: As long as i can
AP: What would be some advice you’d give someone who’s just starting out?
Tripti: Must try.. don't give up after first few falls ..you will love it.
